White noise can give you a light‐headed feeling once it stops playing and you may experience some buzzing in your ears for a few moments. This is completely normal. You have been working with high energy beings and therefore can experience some dizziness afterward, just have a drink of water and wait until you feel you are grounded.
Eventually you will wonder why you have not tried working with white noise before.
