Wycombe Museum has existed in some form since 1875 and has been in its home
in the Grade II listed Castle Hill House on Priory Avenue since 1962. It is now an independent charity managed by Wycombe Heritage and Arts Trust (WHAT). The museum also has an on-site cafe and a beautiful garden for you to enjoy.
Known to many as the chair museum, the Wycombe Museum’s collection not only
many varied artefacts documenting High Wycombe’s rich social history.
