that sort of outlet, it could have been really bad mental health wise. Laughter is the best medicine if it’s something you like even if things are rough. I’d never imagine it because it’s just sitting down and talking shit for half an hour but that it has a knock-on effect for other people too is amazing. The podcast with my son is the best.
