Funding for arts and culture makes up 0.66 per cent of our day-to-day budget. That includes the running of STEAM Museum and Lydiard House Museum.
Work is underway to create a new home for Swindon Museum and Art Gallery at the Civic Offices, Euclid Street.
This new accessible facility will create additional space for permanent and temporary exhibitions, as well as hosting learning programmes for local schools.
