How do you tailor your general cleaning service to each client?
To begin with, we discuss each client’s needs and arrange an on-site appointment to ensure we fully appreciate what each job entails, taking time to ensure we never over charge for the service we provide.
Give us a top stain removal tip that everyone should know!
Remove as much of the spillage/debris as you can in circular motion starting from the outside to the inside to prevent spreading the stain.
What three things do you always have in your toolkit? Why do you have them?
1. Good quality products
A lot of “off-the-shelf” cleaning products contain harsh chemicals or bleaching agents that can damage or bleach fabrics and carpet fibres. All of our products are eco-friendly
and made from natural products, that are non-toxic for the environment, and don’t damage clients belongings. We sell them to our clients so they can maintain things after we’ve finished.
2. Professional equipment
Most cheap equipment simply doesn’t give the desired result and we are often called out to clean up after another company has offered a cheap cleaning service, and then left the carpets or upholstery soaking wet. What seems like a great deal at the time
often ends up costing the client more by the time they have the issue put right, when they could have spent a little more and had the job done right in the first instance.
3. Dedicated staff
We place customer service at the heart
of our business, which is why we have a rigorous selection process and for all our staff. Our cleaning technicians have an eye for detail, a can-do attitude and always wear a smile. This pays off as our customers often recommend us and come back time and time again.
Do you have one job in particular that you’re really proud of?
We are really proud of all our work, but one that sticks to mind is getting a local Community Kitchen who feeds the elderly hot meals back up and running by deep cleaning their kitchen after hours to enable them to continue serving the Durham area the next day.
Can you tell us some of your favourite things about the job?
We love to see our customers’ faces when they see the before and after results and how much we have saved them as they don’t need to replace any of their furnishings.
