Eave refurbishments
A glance from ground level to your roofline may show
the early onset of tiling problems at the eaves. Eave refurbishments can be conducted at £220 plus VAT per m2.
This will involve removal of the existing eave tiles, installation of new felt and battens and then to finish, installation of an eave protection system. Eave protectors support the felt, and ensure all water traffics into the rainwater goods efficiently. Once the eave refurb has been completed, the tiles can
be replaced.
Evidence of decayed felt, nail sickness and rotten timber battens are alarming indicators that eave refurbishments, at a minimum, are required.
