How do I tell if it's a genuine customer review?
Most reviewing platforms have a problem with fake reviews and dishonesty. Google is by far ahead fo the game by allowing customers to post photographs of their completed works. When choosing a contractor and looking at their reviews, decide for yourself whether a review is genuine by seeing if the customer has posted photographs of the works carried out.
