The ups and downs of travel
It’s great to see that most countries have now lifted all entry restrictions and fully reopened their borders to international travellers - it’s been a long time coming.
However, with some airports imposing restrictions on the number of flights and airlines cutting back on sales, it still seems, at times, that the travel industry is struggling against the tide!
At least most of the cruise lines have now dropped the need for pre-board Covid testing, making it easier for customers to enjoy the vast array of cruise ships, itineraries and experiences on offer.
The Caribbean has also eased entry requirements. With the carnivals back on the agenda, a number of new hotels and restaurants now open and plenty of attractions to explore - there has never been a better time to visit.
Onwards and upwards!
