WELCOME
TO NE VOLUME MAGAZINE ISSUE #82!
Thank you so much for picking up NE Volume magazine - the magazine produced by local music and culture fans, for local music and culture fans. With electric prices seemingly constantly on the rise, it’s probably cheaper to visit your local music venue, grab
a few beers and watch a band or three whilst standing next to a warm radiator. Well, it’s a good excuse to get out of that cold house anyway. And, as always, there are so many gigs/ theatre/comedy shows as well as art exhibitions and more all taking place across the region this month. Anyhow, here’s what to look out for this month. In this edition, we preview Snakerattlers’ upcoming gig at The Globe in Newcastle, we put Reiver: Tales From the Borders in our cultural spotlight, we review The Gathering Sounds, and so much more. Just to remind you, if you’re bringing any new material out in November/December, please email our team at info@ nevolume.co.uk and we’ll do all we possibly can to include something in our December/January bumper edition which will be released on Thursday 1st December.
Lee Allcock - Editor, NE Volume.
