      Improvements
 Coming in September 2015
As we move toward the mid-point of developing a completely revamped version of our ROI+ plaOorm (V2), we are making some subtle but significant improvements to our current version (V1) for our clients. These improvements are outlined below:
• More logical and efficient layout of the Log New Request screen, including a new area for inpu_ng specific request iden9fiers, such as a Case #.
• More choices on how to search across Ac9ve (formerly referred to as Non-Archived) and Archived transac9ons.
• An updated Dashboard that will provide a quick glimpse at In- Process transac9ons (those that have not been completed during the last eight weeks) with the ability to drill down to specific requests that require further aben9on.

According to our Service Bureau Affiliates, Healthcare Providers are voicing a strong interest in par9cipa9ng more directly in the Release of Informa9on process—from selec9ng a fulfillment solu9on to monitoring the average turnaround 9me for fulfillments. As the ROI landscape changes, Providers are
focused on who offers the best electronic product, meaning paperless, efficient, and secure. HIM managers and hospital IT staff are now shopping for the best ROI soHware solu9on just as they have shopped for the best EMR solu9on. They are measuring ROI companies by their soHware sophis9ca9on and depth, with a trend toward wan9ng real-9me oversight of the ROI process, at-a-glance fulfillment sta9s9cs, and greater accountability from their service bureau.
Our Affiliates indicate that Providers are choosing them more and more because they are well-posi9oned to address each of these issues and have a reputa9on for mee9ng, and even exceeding, Providers’ expecta9ons with the ROI+ plaOorm.
We are proud to report significant, con9nued expansion of our Service Bureau Affiliates, with nine new clients coming on-board.
