About the author
Dr Edmund Ferreira is a self-employed, retired Professor, previously from the Department of Business Management at UNISA. He holds the degrees BMil (Commercial Sciences) (US); BCom Hons (HR Management) (UNISA); MCom (Business Management) (UJ) and DCom (UNISA). He has co-authored several books on business management, small business management and office administration. He has also published various articles in accredited national and international academic journals.

Dr Annatjie Erasmus specialises in the design of context-specific quality management systems. During her career she held a number of management and leadership positions in academic quality portfolios and is currently the Senior Manager: Quality Assurance at REGENT Business School. Dr Erasmus holds the following qualifications: HDE Commerce (US), National Diploma Commercial Practice (former TSA), M.Tech Commercial Administration (former Vaal Triangle Technikon), and a Doctorate of Philosophy (US).
