Getting Ahead is a process of investigation that allows your employees and other community members to investigate how economic class and living in daily instability have shaped their mindsets, habits, and the patterns of their days. The Getting Ahead process allows individuals to decide which changes they would like to make in the building of 11 specific resource areas.
