2- 3 YEARS to get institutions on board, begin building a steering committee, begin strategic planning for the community, and gather research data on Getting Ahead ROI
3- 5 YEARS to build Bridges communities, build sustainability and scalability, establish Staying Ahead programs, and build significant ROI
