Wyong Shire Council built the feeding

platform, known as Pelican Plaza, in 1996. The

Entrance Town Centre Management, now

manages the attraction with help from many
sponsors, including public donations. This

sponsorship enables us to purchase whole

fresh fish for the pelicans 365 days a year and

maintain a rescue kit to treat injured birds.
