Lakeside Leisure
Tuggerah Lakes offer an exciting opportunity to view our beautiful bird and sea life from the shore or
by boat. The lakes are popular fishing and prawning spots and can be accessed on foot or by hiring a
catamaran or motor boat, canoe, pedal boat or aqua bike to explore further afield. Regular regattas
are held on Tuggerah Lakes.
There are four boat ramps situated within The Entrance area:
Ramp 1: Located in Marine Parade, near the Ramp 3: Located at the southern end of Tuggerah
Council car park. This ramp is only suitable for Parade near Rotary Park, Long Jetty. Parking for
smaller craft, as the water depth is shallow. cars and trailers.
Parking with a trailer may be difficult.
Ramp 4: Located in Terilbah Park, The Entrance
Ramp 2: Located at Picnic Point Reserve on North, 1km over The Entrance Bridge next to
Tuggerah Parade. Sinks with running water Pelican Wharf. Parking for cars and trailers.
