If you like your drinks sweet use herbal or fruit tea in your cocktail creations to add that sweet taste without the guilt!
Create the perfect mix
Maintaining the tea flavour is key in your tipsy tea mixes. A good ratio of tea to alcohol is4partsteato1 part alcohol.

LAPSANG WHISKY
Become your very own tea mixologist and host array of delicious cocktails to suit all.
• 2 x 35ml measures of Whisky
• 2 x Lapsing Souchong tea bags
Place the tea bags into a teapot and pour over the boiling water.
Leave the tea to brew for 5 minutes in your London Pottery teapot then place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Add the Whisky to the cooled tea and pour over the ice in your favourite glass.
