• Broodmares & Stallions must maintain a permanent domicile
• All horses must be in the state prior to accreditation
• Must foal in Oklahoma
• Any recipient mares must be registered with OHRC by Nov. 1
prior to foaling year and be physically in state 30 days prior to foaling
