Also during the meeting, the following people were elected to the NMHBA board: Annette McCloy, Mike Logan, and Debra Laney (as Quarter Horse trustees), and Ralph Vincent, Verner Query, and Miguel Gallegos (as Thoroughbred trustees).
Also, Ralph Vincent of Albuquerque was re-elected to serve as NMHBA president. Tom Goncharoff of Tularosa, New Mexico, was elected as first vice president, and Miguel Gallegos of Albuquerque was elected to serve as second vice president.
The 2020 New Mexico Horse Breed- ers’ Association annual business meeting and Zia Awards banquet will be held on Thursday, January 30, at a location to be determined in Albuquerque.
