41st Annual Quarter Horse Yearling Sale
-Thursday, September 19th & Friday, September 20th
-Featuring 650 head, all stalled inside (no tents or temporary outside stalls) -$600 catalog fee, 5% commission ($500 minimum commission)
42nd Annual Fall Mixed Sale
-Friday, November 1st & Saturday, November 2nd
-Yearlings, mixed age, Quarter Horses, Paints, Appaloosa & Thoroughbreds -$600 catalog fee, 5% commission ($200 minimum commission)

-Friday January 17th & Saturday January 18th, 2020

-$600 catalog fee, 5% commission ($200 minimum commission)
Heritage Place will continue to offer 2 great opportunities to sell Yearling race prospects. The September Yearling Sale will be 2 days & no more than 650 head to allow all horses to be stalled inside and highlight the finest race prospects offered. The additional yearlings will be featured in the yearling session of the Fall Mixed Sale, again with all horses stalled inside the main barn at Heritage Place.
This schedule will also allow owners and trainers to attend the Dash For Cash Futurity trials on Saturday following the sale, which has been a scheduling conflict and concern of our patrons for several years now. The Fall Mixed Sale will kick off with a Yearling session featuring Quarter Horse, Paint, Appaloosa & Thoroughbred race prospects, followed by a mixed session to complete the sale. We remain committed to offer the best place in the world to sell horses and hope that these adjustments will enhance the customer experience and maximize the marketing of the consignments.
