                  The Whitmires have three horses in train- ing. They are also active in barrel racing and cutting horses.
Bobby D. Cox bred Whistle Stop Cafe in Texas from his homebred Sinuous, who in 2010 finished second in the Dash For Cash Derby-G2 and third in the Heritage Place Derby-G1. Cox raced Grade 1 winner No Fees, Whistle Stop Cafe’s second dam, in partnership, and he bred and raced No Fees’ son Hawkeye, winner of the 2019 Sam Houston Classic-G2. Sinuous has produced 10 winners from 13 starters, including graded stakes winner So Rapido and stakes- placed Canonball Run, Marfilmio, Mansory, and Bigtime Connoisseur.
Jerry Windham’s homebred Mister Illusion (Tempting Dash-Jess An Illusion) finished second under jockey Rodrigo Vallejo for trainer Heath Taylor. The gelding won his Rainbow trial in his racing debut. Cody Smith rode Seven (Kiss My Hocks-Higher Fling) to third for owners Raymond Merrill and Gregory Cullum. Clinton Crawford trains Seven, unde- feated in his three starts prior to the Futurity final. Followed by Cyber Monday (Favorite Cartel-Remember Me Rose), Packsaddle Senator (Louisiana Senator-Eyes A Shazoom), Wryker (Kiss My Hocks-All About Tonight),
