Regardless of the date your stallion was vaccinated previously, he is REQUIRED to have an
EVA vaccination (booster) each year prior to breeding to remain an ACTIVE NM Stallion.
Mandated recommendations:
• Vaccinate at least 30 days prior to the breeding season.
• Contact the New Mexico Livestock Board at (505) 841-6161 for requirements and/or any
questions regarding isolation of your stallion.
THIS FORM MUST BE RETURNED BY FEBUARY 01, 2021 IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR STALLION ACTIVE IN THE NEW MEXICO HORSE BREEDERS’
STALLION REGISTRY.
