The Net Purse will be paid pursuant to the Purse Distribution below and is equal to the total of all nomination payments, sustaining payments, late nomination payments, entry payments, and supplementary payments plus $100,000 added money (the “Total Money”), less the following: interest, if any, and 10% of the Total Payments (excluding the added money) retained for administrative and advertising expenses.
The winner of the Derby and each trial will receive a blanket and the ten qualifiers for the finals will receive saddle towels. A trophy will be presented to the winner of the Derby.
