  Held Sept. 24-26 in Oklahoma City, pre- liminary results for the 37th annual Heritage Place Yearling Sale show a slight 6% decrease in sale average compared to last year. Of the 805 horses offered for sale, 84% of them were sold.
“We want to thank all of our customers
for their business and wish everyone much success on the prospects they purchased,” stated Heritage Place General Manager Spence Kidney, according to Stallionesearch.
“We look forward to another great group of horses for the Fall Mixed Sale in just a few weeks,” he added.
Eight yearlings sold for $100,000 or more. The highest seller at $400,000 was Hip #51 Jukebox Jess (One Sweet Jess-Jukebox Dash, First Down Dash), consigned by DLT Ranch, Agent and purchased by Israel Patino. The sor- rel colt is half-brother to graded stakes winner and sire The Crawfish si 96 ($320,546).
The second-highest seller at $175,000 was Hip #529 Giv Me A Good Reason (Good Reason SA-Forever Bradgelina, Shazoom), consigned by Bradbury, Bradbury & Beauprez, Vista Equine Colorado LLC, Agent and pur- chased by Give Me A Good Reason Syndicate. The bay colt is out of stakes winner Forever Bradgelina si 103 ($71,203).
