Other Conditions:
For a horse to be eligible to run in the trials, it must be owned or leased by berth owner at time horse is named. Foal still has to be Accredited Oklahoma Bred.
As a condition for participation in this race, and subject to ap- proval of the OHRC in accordance with 325:45-1-7, all horses nominated to this futurity and derby may be subject to drug testing by the OHRC. Any prohibited medication positives may result in loss of eligibility to participate in trials or finals as determined by OHRC Stewards. If pre-race examination or drug testing prior to or following a race is refused by owner or trainer of eligible horse and results in the horse being ineligible to participate, there will be no refund of payments.

IF A PAYMENT IS MISSED, THAT PAYMENT MUST BE DOUBLED TO REMAIN ELIGIBLE. Finalists shall be selected by taking the 10 fastest times. If, for any reason, a tie exists, the horses involved shall draw lots to determine which shall participate in the race. The interest, 12% of the subscription purse, will be deducted for operating, promotion, advertising, administration and accounting. OHA reserves the right to reschedule, move or cancel this race for any reason deemed good or sufficient.

It is the responsibility of the owner and/or trainer to make sure their entry is duly registered and eligible by meeting all conditions as published. Should a horse be ineligible and scratched, all fees paid in will be forfeited to the purse and not subject to refund. By making entry into this race, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations as published by the OHA, OHRC, Will Rogers Downs and enforced by the Board of Stewards and to accept their decision as final.
