Cash payment in full, or 40% down at the time of the sale and balance paid 30% in 30 days, and 30% in 60 days. Failure to pay in full at the end of 60 days could result in forfeiture of the portion paid and the service may be resold and not honored by the stallion owner.
The minimum bid shall be $300 unless a stallion owner sets it at a different amount. Funds will be used as added money in Oklahoma races. On the purchase of the Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Stallion Services, the breeding is for Appaloosa mares only unless the stallion owner does not restrict it to Appaloosas only.
