Fulton Performance Horse and Production Sale
Valentine, NE • 8/26/16
The 16th annual Fulton Performance Horse and Production sale was held Aug. 26, 2016. A large crowd was on hand at the Cherry County Fairgrounds in Valentine, Nebraska, ready to bid on some of the top bloodlines in the country. This sale featured a combination of young horses sired by A Streak Of Fling,
CS Flashlight, and the Fulton junior stallion A Dash Ta Streak, as well as a selection of perfor- mance horses from other consignors.
A total of 55 horses were consigned to the sale, and 48 sold for an average of $15,503.
A Streak Of Fling once again led the ranks as the leading sire of two year olds with an average sale price of $24,864. A Streak Of Fling was also the leading sire of weanlings with an average of $21,800, and the leading sire of yearlings with an average of $13,000. CS Flashlight was ranked second with his two year
olds selling for an average of $12,857 and his weanlings selling for an average of $8,000.
Topping the sale was Hip #1, Streakin Wink, a 2014 bay roan colt by A Streak Of Fling and out of Give Me A Wink, an earner
of $400,000 in barrel racing money who is by Doc O Dynamite. Consigned by Fulton Family Performance Horses, Streakin Wink sold for $78,000 to Butch Webb.
The second-highest seller at $39,000 was Hip #13, Short Man Streakin, a 2016 bay roan colt consigned Fulton Family Performance Horses and purchased by Dwayne Collier. Short Man Streakin is a full brother to Fame Fling N Bling, who has over $750,000 in lifetime earnings.
The co-third-highest sellers at $25,000 each were: Hip #14, Streakin Fa Tima, a 2016 bay roan filly consigned by Fulton Family
Streakin Wink, a 2014 colt was the $78,000 high seller.
Performance Horses and purchased by Fred Lenertz; and Hip #20, A Frosty Fling, a 2015 buckskin colt consigned by Clay Boehs and purchased by Cody Wolbeck.
Jud Little Ranch Production Sale

The 2016 Jud Little Ranch Production Sale was held Sept. 24. The sale featured off- spring of Little’s stallion JL Dash Ta Heaven, who has sired three futurity winners and multiple futurity finalists from his first crop to compete.
Sales reached $273,200 on 29 horses selling for an average of $9,421, including repur- chases. JL Dash Ta Heaven offspring averaged $12,279, with Bug In My Frosty’s foals selling for an average of $11,200, and Bugemforcash offspring selling for an average of $6,000.
Topping the sale at $25,000 was Hip #26, Heavens Illuminator, a 2014 grey gelding by JL Dash Ta Heaven and out of TR Dashing Badger by Mr Illuminator.
The second-highest seller at $19,600 was Hip #16, Oh No Shes Dashin, a 2012 sorrel filly by JL Dash Ta Heaven and out of Oh No Magnolia by Oh Magnolia. The third- highest seller at $18,500 was Hip #25, Perks In Heaven, a 2013 sorrel filly by JL Dash
Ta Heaven and out of Lauras Perks by Dash For Perks.

Triangle Sales Future Fortunes Select Sale

The 2016 Triangle Sales Future Fortunes Select Sale was held Oct. 1 at the Hardy Murphy Coliseum in Ardmore, Oklahoma, with buyers representing 17 states and Canada. The sale, which featured the com- plete dispersal of the James Ranch Barrel Division, saw a net sale average of $9,150. The top 10 averaged $24,650 while the top 20 averaged $18,700.
The sale topper at $46,000 was Hip #84, Streakin Fame Boy, a 2014 bay roan colt
by A Streak Of Fling and out of Queen Fa
Tima by Dash Ta Fame. The second-highest seller at $33,000 was Hip #1, Tellem Im Coming. This is a World Show Qualifier in Jr. Barrel Racing is a 2010 palomino mare by MP Jet To The Sun and out of Libbys Cartel by Corona Cartel. The third-highest seller at $31,000 was Hip #23, Here Comes Da Sun, a 2011 sorrel open barrel point earning mare by MP Jet To The Sun and out of Sugar Da Fame by Dash Ta Fame.
Streakin Fame Boy, a 2014 bay roan colt, was the high seller at $46,000.
