This is a claiming futurity. If your horse is entered in the trials, it will run for a claiming price of $5,000 and is eligible to be claimed subject to OHRC rules of racing, 3A O.S., Section 204(a).
Paid to 1st-5th place in the Futurity if 20 or less final entries:
1st – 45% 2nd – 25% 3rd – 15% 4th – 10% 5th–5%
Paid to 1st-10th place in the Futurity if 21 or more final entries:
It is the responsibility of the owner and/or trainer to make sure their entry is duly registered and eligible by meeting all conditions as published. Should a horse be ineligible and scratched, all fees paid in will be forfeited to the purse and not subject to refund. By making entry into this race, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations as published by the OHA, OHRC, Fair Meadows Race Track and enforced by the Board of Stewards and to accept their decision as final.
