THREE SEPARATE SIXES

Three Separate Sixes demonstrated an impressive turn of foot in charging through the lane to emerge victorious in the $363,703 Black Gold Fillies Championship Futurity at Will Rogers Downs on Nov. 19.
With jockey Gonzalo Gutierrez aboard, Three Separate Sixes raced toward the back of the pack early in the 400-yard test.
With a furious rally, Three Separate Sixes mowed down her rivals late to score by a neck at the finish.
Sent off as the slight favorite in a competitive field of 10, Three Separate Sixes stopped the timer in :19.866 and earned a 95 speed index in winning the first stakes race of her young career.
Bred by Andy Knight and co-owned by Knight in partnership with Austin Watterson, Three Separate Sixes is now
a winner in three of five lifetime starts. The $145,481 winner’s share of the purse increased her earnings total to $168,382.
