$100 Fee Increase if the fees are paid after the deadline or to be withheld from the proceeds.
All fees are due in full if an entry is withdrawn after the deadline.
A consignor-information letter listing all entry requirements as well as all applicable forms are available on the website or by calling the Ruidoso Horse Sale Office.
Please pay particular attention to the Health Certificate
section specifying vaccination requirements for EHV-1.
There are no exceptions to
this rule. Registration Papers, AQHA Transfer Report for Quarter Horses, and Consignors Contract are required submissions at the time of entry.
Sales commence immediately after the close of the racing program at Ruidoso Downs Racetrack.
