The auction drew a very large crowd
The first horse up, a Stoli product by a small humble breeder from Cordoba Province, set
the pace quite high for our standards, breaking our highest auction price by 7%. The second horse shocked us into disbelief - a colt from the breeder La Clorindita by First Red Sevens (USA) imported into Argentina by the breeder. This is the stallion’s first crop of colts to go on sale to race in 2020. This colt broke the breed auction records by 46% and the racetrack auctions records (all breeds) by 22%. We were all ecstatic! These 22 products are nominated to race in four sets of races in 2020 at the La Punta racetrack.
As we approached the racetrack restaurant,
we noticed it was full to the brim with thousands of people in attendance. The racetrack organizers checked their records and told us that we had duplicated the attendance of their biggest event, from 4,000 to 8,000 people. Still, the biggest challenge was yet to come, which was the two races.
Our races were the two last races to take place in the meeting. The first race was the Generation 2016 Presentation Stakes, with eight horses
and three scratches. It was won by the Bigtime Favorite filly Ultra Favorite by 2-lengths in a clean demonstration of what good breeding and training can do for you. The second race was just as exciting. Another progeny of Bigtime Favorite, Mr. LC Mr. Bigtime, won by a length. There was a lot of hugging and exhilarated people celebrating.
All in all we are still being cautious, but the ground seems solid to start building on it.
Thank you all for your support! Nacho
    The auction high seller
was a success beyond our imagination, and it even surprised the racetrack organizer.
