SPEEDHORSE is designed to provide horsemen with up-to-date race results, current events and vital statistics regarding the Quarter Horse racing industry. Manuscripts, photographs and artwork are welcomed at sender’s risk. The publication reserves the right to refuse advertising, photographs and articles.
The Speedhorse Races are merely proposed races which may or may not be run at the discretion of Speedhorse, Inc. Other requirements exist for stallion progeny to be eligible to the Speedhorse Races - see Conditions of Races. The proposed races should be considered only as a bonus to stallion advertisers and no part of stallion advertising expense should be placed with Speedhorse, Inc., with the expectation that the races will be run. Advertisers are purchasing advertising space only and no separate contractual right exists to demand that a race be conducted. Advertisers will therefore hold Speedhorse, Inc. harmless from any damages for cancellation of said races. See Conditions of Races for complete details.
Information regarding horses, races, race results, pedigrees, earnings, standings, and/or race records is obtained from the American Quarter Horse Association, The Jockey Club, Equineline and/or Equibase.
