CONSIGNMENT FORMS have been mailed to consignors on our mailing list. Additional forms will be available on the RHS website (ruidososelectyearlingsale.com) or may be requested by phone(575-378-4474) or by email (dreed@raceruidoso.com). A signed CONSIGNOR’S CONTRACT must accompany each consignment form to validate the entry. The CONSIGNOR’S LETTER contains all pertinent information concerning document requirements and submission deadlines.
CATALOGS must be ordered by June l for the Breed Sale and by July 1 for the Select Sale. Due to prohibitively high USPS postal rates, catalogs will no longer be mailed from the Sales office. Catalogs will be mailed from our mailing service approx. 7/1/13 for the Breed sale and 8/1/13 for the Select sale, one per customer. Be sure the Sales office has your correct mailing address. Catalogs will be available at the Sales and may be downloaded from the RHS website.
