Hot dog bun eclairs

Ingredients
• 1⁄2 cup prepared chocolate frosting
• 3-4 brioche, Hawaiian, or other sweet-dough hot dog buns
Directions
Open the buns, taking care not to completely separate the top from the bottom, and gently remove a bit of the bread from the top and bottom of the bun to create space for the filling. Stir together the pudding and the whipped topping, then spoon into the prepared buns. Microwave the frosting for about 15 seconds to make it a bit runny, then drizzle it over the buns. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Eclairs are best served within 8 hours of being made.
These tasty treats are a great way to use up those leftover hot dog buns.
• 1 cup prepared vanilla pudding (about two pudding cups)
• 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
