Chef Amy – the pastry chef at The Country Club at Castle Pines and Teakoe Tea Supply Co. (with their headquarters here in Colorado), presented a divine high tea party on March 2 at the Club.
Along with a passion for their craft, Teakoe Tea is American-made and specializes in small batch blends with a large focus on sustainability. They served a great selection of their specialty teas such as Brilliant Breakfast Black Tea, Elegant Earl Grey Odyssey, Berry Bodacious, Slope-side Spiced Plum, and a variety of other herbal teas such as Tropic Triumph. With an array
of tea sandwiches, assorted petite fours, French macaroons, spinach & strawberry salad and blueberry scones, guests enjoyed pastries that looked as good as they tasted – all created by Chef Amy. Three fun hours of sipping tea and enjoying great company and tea-time delights went by very quickly.
