Susan and A. Hugh Greene Behavioral Health – Former CEO of Baptist Health, A. Hugh Greene, and his wife, Susan, established this fund to support expenses of the behavioral health program.
Team Member Care Fund Endowment – This fund supports the needs of the Employee Care Fund program.
William Stromberg, MD, Gynecology Education and Research –
Dr. Stromberg established this gift
in 2015 to support the education, research and patient care activities of gynecology.
AgeWell
AgeWell Development Council Endowment – In 2016, AgeWell Development Council member Vince Ferrigno, along with friends and council members, established this fund to support geriatric training and education, program innovation and patient care activity.
Baptist Medical Center Beaches AgeWell Endowment – In 2017, Ernie and Rita Bono established this fund to support geriatric training and education, program innovation and patient care within AgeWell at Baptist Beaches.
Barco & Rollinson Families AgeWell at Home – In 2016, this fund was established by the Barco Family Foundation and Jane and Brad Rollinson to support a variety of services including staff training, home-based primary care, telehealth technologies and home support not covered by insurance.
Bergson Family AgeWell – This fund was established in 2015 by Janet and Paul Bergson with the purpose of supporting inpatient and outpatient programs, focusing on addressing the complex needs of the geriatric patient population for Baptist Beaches.
Bertram S. Reid Senior Services –
This fund was established in 1997 to honor the late Mr. Reid by his wife Margaret and friends. The purpose is to serve the critical medical and various other needs of the elderly.
EverGreene AgeWell Endowment – This fund supports the AgeWell program.
Frisch AgeWell at Home Endowment – In 2016, the Beaver Street Foundation established this fund
to support the AgeWell @ Home Program.
Karen & Fred Lee AgeWell – This fund was established in 2015 to provide support for behavioral health issues such as dementia and other brain-related diseases, while also providing support for caregiver services.
Marie Forte Ferrigno – This gift was established in 2013 by Vince and Linda Ferrigno to honor his mother on what would have been her 100th birthday. The purpose is to support the activities of AgeWell at the discretion of its director.
Richard Glock, MD, AgeWell Founder’s Endowment – Established in 2020 by Mary and Jeffrey Edwards to honor Richard Glock, MD, founder of AgeWell, this fund supports the inpatient and outpatient needs.
Shikha Iyengar AgeWell Excellence
– This fund was established in 2015
by employees of AgeWell to support geriatric training and education, program innovation and patient care activity. In 2017, the fund was named in memory of Founding Director, Shikha Iyengar.
William and Juliette Mason AgeWell – The Masons established this fund in 2015 to support geriatric training and education, program innovation and patient care activity.
Robert and Jennie Rowe – In 2009, the Rowes established this fund and later designated the purpose as Baptist AgeWell Center for Senior Health.
Spence Family AgeWell – This fund was established in 2015 by Carlton and Ruby Spence to support the education, research and patient care activities of Baptist Health AgeWell.
Thompson Family AgeWell Fund
– Carol and Joseph Thompson established this fund in 2015 to support the inpatient and outpatient programs of AgeWell at Baptist Beaches, with a preference for behavioral health dealing with dementia, depression and delirium.
Wealth Enhancement Group AgeWell Endowment – This fund supports the activities of Baptist AgeWell.
W.W. Gay Employee AgeWell – This endowment was established in 2014 by the leadership and employees of W.W. Gay Mechanical Contractor, Inc. to support the activities of Baptist AgeWell.
Neurosciences
Baptist Health Neurological Institute Endowment – Martina and Ricardo Hanel, MD, along with Elizabeth Rodriguez and Eric Sauvageau, MD, established this fund in 2015 for the support and expansion of programs and services.
Hanel, MD and Sauvageau, MD, Chair in Neurovascular Surgery, Baptist Neurological Institute – Established in 2016 by a grateful patient to support research, education, and community outreach for neurovascular surgery and clinical programs.
Linda and Bill Farthing Cerebrovascular Lecture Series – This fund was established by the Farthings in 2015 to bring visiting endovascular neurosurgeons to Baptist Health to work with physicians and fellows on the latest techniques and equipment.
Neuroscience Innovation Endowment
This fund was established by Joanne and Peter Ghiloni to support program and innovation needs for neurosciences services at Baptist Jacksonville as directed by the Medical Director of the stroke and cerebrovascular program.
Paula and Dennis Blackburn Neurosurgery Education Endowment – In 2014, Paula and Dennis Blackburn established this fund to support the education and training needs of the neurosurgery clinical staff.
Stroke Center Fellowship – This fund was established by Cynthia and Daniel Edelman in 2014 to provide support for the Stroke Center by attracting physicians for fellowship training.
Tylee Wilson Fellowships Endowment – This fund supports the physician Fellowship program for stroke and cerebrovascular program, as well as the service and facility needs for the Baptist Neurological Institute.
