Miller Electric Technology – Miller Electric Company established this endowment in 2014 to provide equipment and material required to enhance technology for both medical and information purposes throughout Baptist Health.
OCD Jacksonville Education and Development – OCD Jacksonville, an affiliate of International OCD Foundation, established this fund for education and development.
Paul W. Farrell II, MD Cardiology Staff for Quality Care – Established by Paul and Karen Farrell in 2016
to provide educational training
for cardiovascular nurses, cath lab technicians, and other cardiology staff who care for patients at Baptist Jacksonville.
Ralph and Kathy Pounds Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Endowment – Established in 2024, this endowment supports the general operating costs and/or capital needs associated with the ECT program.
Ruby Satpathy, MD, Excellence in Structural Heart – In 2017, Ruby Satpathy, MD and her husband, Ajaya Kar, established this structural heart endowment at Baptist Jacksonville to support structural heart, patient care and staff education and training.
Scott Lee, MD and Venkata Sagi, MD, Electrophysiology Innovation and Education – Established in 2018, this fund supports training, education, program innovation and research for the Electrophysiology program at Baptist Jacksonville.
Sheldon B. Boney – Established in 1997 by her husband, Paisley Boney
III, and friends to honor Mrs. Boney’s memory and service as a resident chaplain, the purpose of this gift is to provide scholarships for students in the Baptist Health chaplaincy program.
Shroff Family Cardiology Education – Established in 2016 by Girish Shroff, MD, to provide continuing education opportunities for cardiac echo and nuclear technologists and other cardiology staff needs for Baptist Jacksonville.
Sisisky-Kleppinger Women’s Health Lecture Series – In 2014, Richard and Kimberly Sisisky created this fund in honor of Kimberly’s parents, to be used for an annual lecture series on women’s health issues for both the general public and for medical practitioners under the guidance of the Women’s Health Strategy Department.
T. O’Neal and Alice Douglas –
Established in 1997 by Mr. T. O’Neal Douglas, former Baptist Health Board Chair “Hall of Fame” (1988 – 1995)
and his wife, Alice, this gift expands Baptist Health’s role as a provider of critical services in the community. The fund has supported various Wolfson Children’s needs, as well as Baptist Jacksonville, including capital projects.
The Thomas M. and Irene Kirbo Nursing – In 2014, this fund was created to support the nursing staff by providing new programs such
as nursing residencies, fellowships
for high potential nurses for clinical or leadership tracks, patient care, technical training and other initiatives deemed appropriate by the chief nursing officer.
Tom and Lisa Goodrich Technology
– The Goodrichs established this fund in 2022 to support technology needs for the Heart Rhythm Center at Baptist Jacksonville.
Wicker Smith Structural Heart Education – Established in 2017, this fund provides support towards structural heart caregiver education and patient support for Baptist Jacksonville.
