Headquartered in Washington, DC, UPA is a non- political, non-sectarian organization that has been helping Palestinians meet their relief and development needs for 45 years. UPA is committed to the responsible disbursement of funds, and either implements its programs wth its own staff or works solely with rigorously vetted, credible partner organizations with the demonstrable ability to accomplish our goals with efficiency.
