Sadie began her scouting adventure when she joined Troop 9892 in February 2021 and earned her First Class Rank in March 2022. Sadie has served her Troop as Instructor, Patrol Leader, and Assistant Senior Patrol Leader.
Sadie has earned 29 Merit Badges and the Mile Swim BSA. She has attended summer camp at Camps Woodruff and Daniel Boone.
For her Eagle Project, Sadie built a large wooden cubby to store the flags used by Fleming Island High School’s Marching Band Color Guard.
Sadie is a sophomore at Fleming Island High School where she is enrolled in the Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) program and a member of the National Honor Society and the Marching Band’s Color Guard where she was in the London New Year’s Day Parade and performed at Carnegie Hall. She serves as an acolyte at her church and participates in a summer swim team where she has also coached the past three years. After graduation, Sadie plans to attend Florida State University to pursue a degree in Business with a minor in Aviation and hopes to participate in their marching band color guard.
