Q&A
Sending Mail to AAMFT? Know which Address to Use.
Often, we receive inquiries on where to send written communication, applications, and payments to the Association. There are two published addresses for AAMFT. One is our physical office location, and the other is our banking PO box. You might ask, which one should you use?
Our banking PO Box as seen at right is found on the mailed membership renewal dues invoices and on the enclosed return envelope. You may use this address to send checks for dues renewals, unless you are also sending additional correspondence or membership applications. These will then have to be sent to our physical office address.
Because it is not part of the banking process and since they are not equipped to handle these, correspondence or applications sent to the bank PO box, but meant for the AAMFT office, will not necessarily be forwarded. Therefore, it is best to send these types of mail to AAMFT’s physical office address shown here.
Office Address:
American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy 112 S. Alfred St. Alexandria, VA 22314

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate you following these guidelines when mailing us. We know that every correspondence you send us is very important, and
