UPM achieved the highest usage on average with 14,875 session visits per month at 19.5% of the total followed by UiTM (10,815) at 14.2% and UTM (8,490) at 11.1% (Figure 1.1a).
ii. Compounded Average Growth Rate (CAGR) (18-month)
USIM has the highest CAGR with an increase of 204%, followed by UMK (193%) and UNIMAS (143%) (Figure 1.1b).
