Most Americans love the classic hamburger. These iconic All-American creations rank only second to apple pie
when it comes to the most loved American dishes.
There are few others who have mastered the art of the burger like Damon Holter. Damon is a multi time champion at different burger events around the country and is slated to release a book all about his burger
creations soon.
One thing we have learned from watching this master at work is not to put limits on what a burger should be. We have seen him use pork, salmon, and even shirmp as the main protein on some of his signature burgers.
