Cheesy Potato Wedges:
Slice 3-4 Russet Potatoes into wedges
Cover in vegetable oil.
Sprinkle with Big D’s Q Game On seasoning.
Put in the smoker for 30 minutes at 350.
Remove from smoker and brush with melted butter. Cover in freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Return to smoker until potatoes are fork-tender.
Smoked Peach Oeey Gooey:
Pour 20 ounce can of sliced peaches into half pan (includes juice).
Sprinkle 1 box yellow cake mix over peaches.
Layer 3⁄4 cup sugar over cake mix.
Slice 1 1⁄2 sticks of butter and place over the sugar.
Cook for about 30 minutes on the smoker at 350 degrees. The top will turn golden brown when ready.
