Thinking about buying a Condo? You’ve decided to give up gardening, downsize, and only worry about your condo space. Before you sign on the do ed line, here are some things to consider:
1. Common Areas - You, as a condo
owner, are charged a propor onate fee for the maintenance of stairs, hallways, swimming pools, club houses, etc. Know who is managing the property complex and who are the members of the condo associa on.
