• Frequently wash your hands with soap soap and and and water water for at at at at least least 20 seconds When soap soap and and and and running water water are unavailable use an an an an alcohol-based hand hand rub with at at at at least least 60% alcohol alcohol Always wash hands that are visibly soiled • Avoid touching your eyes nose or mouth with unwashed hands
