To alert your employees, vendors, and clients, it is impera ve their data is up to date including their names, tles, recovery responsibili es, street address, mailing address, all phone numbers, and email addresses.
Develop an Evacua on Plan
Devise a plan; train your employees; and post the plan throughout the o ces. Schedule periodic drills so
employees know where to go and what to do.
