Recycling center is teen-ager project
The teenage-operated recycling center in Dayton, Ohio, has pro cessed tons of recyclable materials in its first 18 months of existence. The center composts leaves, mul ches Christmas trees, and conducts educational programs.
The facility is financed by indus try and has the full cooperation of many organizations in the com munity. It has helped a number of surrounding towns to open their own centers and has produced a detailed guide for the development of the program.
