There will also be educational opportunities and, more importantly, a venue to develop a peer network to assist in your craft. The only limitation to your growth and your involvement is the one that you place on yourself.
I am very proud of the Ohio Fire Chiefs’ Association. I am committed to continuing to
provide opportunities for the members to grow,
both professionally and personally. I believe that our Association is only as strong as the members who participate, so I encourage every member of the OFCA to participate in our conferences, symposiums, and classes. I also encourage you to join a committee that interests you. New energy and differing viewpoints serve to bring depth to our organization and make
it even better than it is today. Our strength is in the network of our members...and our members include you!
