REMOVE & REPLACE IN DUBLIN
This remove & replace project created the look and feel of a luxury kitchen within the existing footprint, showcasing a trend of returning to natural warm wood-toned cabinetry and butcher block.
This beautiful kitchen now boasts transitional style, an open floorplan, light colors, and clean simple lines.
THE PAYOFFS:
The client gained more storage and functionality of the space. We upgraded the fixtures, finishes and appliances.
The project also received the NARI of Central Ohio CotY award AND NARI Regional CotY award!

MEETING THE CLIENT’S NEEDS:
Our client wanted updated luxury style on a budget. We achieved this by creating personalized custom storage & details. The bold use of charcoal color as accent on the island & beverage station ties the range & hood together.
Adding to the luxury look & feel is the wine bar, the slightly recessed upper cabinets & the seeded glass.
PROJECT CHALLENGES:
Backorders & delays on appliances & cabinets affected the schedule.
COST: $90K
FUNCTION & STYLE We installed a new gas line, and a new vent to the outdoors for the range hood & relocated the microwave.
