I am a lifelong resident of Columbus Ohio. My favorite space in every home I’ve lived in has always been the kitchen. Me, mom, and my five siblings would gather, recipes were born, meals were devoured, and memories were created in these cozy spaces.
You plan, create, enhance and prepare. Your kitchen is the heart of your home where everyone wants to gather around the island or table for fellowship, food and memories. George
In my childhood kitchens, you would never find a steam oven, an induction cooktop or drawer microwave. Most likely, you’d find a crock-pot or coil top electric range and oven with a broiler in the lower drawer.

Today, kitchens have become culinary spaces once only dreamed of for celebrity chefs. Automation and technology
have entered the heart of the home, allowing you to order needed groceries through WiFi-enabled refrigerators
that tell you when your ketchup is low.
TV’s and computers navigate cooking shows and online recipe tips, all while cooks are spoiled by a surround sound system that pauses your streaming content to tell you the indoor grille is preheated, and the Sous-Vide cooker is up to temperature.
