PE1000+® Epoxy Injection Adhesive Anchoring System
Two-component, high strength adhesive anchoring system includes injection adhesive in plastic cartridges, mixing nozzles, dispensing tools and hole cleaning equipment. The PE1000+ is designed for bonding threaded rod and reinforcing bar hardware into drilled holes in concrete and solid masonry base materials. Evaluated for use in dry and water-saturated concrete including water
lled holes. Works in holes drilled with either rotary hammers or diamond core drills. Dual cartridge. One mixing nozzles is included with each tube of
epoxy. Comparable to Hilti® RE500SD.
Pure110+TM Pneumatic Dispensing Tool
Designed to be used on large volume jobs to deliver maximum productivity. The main cylinder is formed using top quality
aluminum to provide a lightweight, durable tool. The dispensing trigger is designed to provide instant pressure relief from the cartridge which reduces waste. The tool also has a reverse button for fast and easy removal of cartridges during use.

The Pure110+ is designed for bonding threaded rod and reinforcing bar hardware into drilled holes in concrete and masonry base materials. Pure110+ has the same bond strength at
room temperature and at 110oF. Evaluated for installation and use in dry and wet holes, including water lled and underwater. Can be installed in a wide range of base material temperature. Conforms to requirements of ASTM
C 881, Types I, II, IV and V, Grade 3, Classes B & C (also meets Type III except for elongation).
